About the role
We are hiring a Customer Success Associate to work closely with new and existing customers to make sure they get real value from FirstStage. You’ll support onboarding, answer questions, solve problems, and help our users get the most out of our product.
You’ll:
- Help onboard new customers and guide them through setup
- Drive usage growth of the platform
- Respond to customer queries over email, chat and video
- Write and maintain help articles and create tutorials to make things easier
- Monitor usage and reach out to customers who need support
- Collect feedback and share it with the product team
- Help identify ways to improve customer and candidate experience
- Work from different Central London locations 2 days a week (co-working spaces, coffee shops, etc.)
About You
This role is ideal for someone early in their customer success career who’s excited about AI, tech and startups. You’re friendly, helpful, and a fast learner.
You:
- Have 2+ years experience in customer-facing, onboarding or SaaS support
- Communicate clearly and confidently (especially in writing)
- Are organised, proactive and are a problem solver who enjoys helping people
- Are curious about AI and thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment
- Can manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
- Are risk tolerant, comfortable in the deep end, and resilient
You’ll stand out if you have:
- Experience creating help content (e.g. articles, walkthroughs, videos)
- Experience managing a community for a startup or open-source project
- Experience supporting users of a SaaS or recruitment-related platform
- Experience in talent / recruitment tech industry
- Other relevant startup experience (e.g. operations, product, research, intern, or founder’s associate)
- Tech support experience
