About the Role

You will:

• Drive growth through tried and tested lead generation as well as experimentation
• Build a content marketing engine to grow brand awareness (+ your own personal brand)
• Work directly with customers to improve adoption and gather feedback
• Support across product, funding, hiring, and operations
• Work remotely and be available to work from locations around UK (predominantly London)

For this, you will get:

• £25-30k base + commission + meaningful early-stage equity (share options)

About You

You’re a self-starter and highly motivated individual who:

• Learns fast and thrives under pressure
• Has an active interest in AI
• Creates engaging content (writing, social media, video, speaking, etc.)
• Is motivated by execution, not just ideas, and can grind to achieve results
• Is risk tolerant, comfortable in the deep end, and resilient
• Is highly personable, driven but humble

Nice to haves

You would be at an advantage with experience of one or more of these:

• New business development or 360 recruitment
• Talent acquisition or recruitment experience
• Growth hacking, outreach and/or marketing automation
• Degree in business, sales or marketing
• Entrepreneurship and/or early startup life
