About the Role
You will:
- Drive growth through tried and tested lead generation as well as experimentation
- Build a content marketing engine to grow brand awareness (+ your own personal brand)
- Work directly with customers to improve adoption and gather feedback
- Support across product, funding, hiring, and operations
- Work remotely and be available to work from locations around UK (predominantly London)
For this, you will get:
- £25-30k base + commission + meaningful early-stage equity (share options)

About You
You’re a self-starter and highly motivated individual who:
- Learns fast and thrives under pressure
- Has an active interest in AI
- Creates engaging content (writing, social media, video, speaking, etc.)
- Is motivated by execution, not just ideas, and can grind to achieve results
- Is risk tolerant, comfortable in the deep end, and resilient
- Is highly personable, driven but humble
Nice to haves
You would be at an advantage with experience of one or more of these:
- New business development or 360 recruitment
- Talent acquisition or recruitment experience
- Growth hacking, outreach and/or marketing automation
- Degree in business, sales or marketing
- Entrepreneurship and/or early startup life
